How to raise a grievance
Use this form — you will get a reference number at once and an email acknowledgement. You can also email the Grievance Officer at princanurag07@gmail.com. Either way, include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- what the complaint is about — and for content, the link to the shared album or a description of the photo;
- if you are reporting content that shows you, that it is you (or that you act for that person).
If you are not satisfied
For privacy complaints you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. For consumer complaints you can approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the consumer commission with jurisdiction. For content decisions you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days of our decision.
